What is included
Beginner Trading. Simplified. costs £29.99 as a one-off payment. It includes nine beginner course sections, all 26 trading strategies and their practice simulators, course questions, a final check and a glossary. There is no additional charge to unlock those strategies.
The course is education for beginners. Simulator prices and trades are invented; no real money is traded through the course. It does not provide personalised investment advice or guarantee investment results or income. You do not need to open or fund a trading account to learn or practise.
Your account and lifetime access
Create and verify your FirstStep account before paying. Your purchase belongs to the account used at checkout. Course access opens once payment is confirmed. You need an internet connection and a current web browser with JavaScript enabled; your device and internet costs are your responsibility.
Your purchase gives you lifetime access as the purchaser. There is no subscription, renewal fee or scheduled access-expiry date. If we cannot continue supplying the course, your rights under this promise and your statutory rights still apply.
Keep your sign-in details secure. Paid access is for your own learning. Do not resell or redistribute the course or share paid access with other people. This does not restrict uses or rights that the law permits.
Price and payment
The £29.99 GBP price includes any applicable tax. The payment page may offer a price in your local currency, including the payment provider’s currency conversion charge. Review the final currency and total before paying. Your bank or payment method may apply its own charges.
Link processes your payment and supplies your payment receipt and transaction support. FirstStep does not receive or store your full card number. If payment is confirmed but your course does not open, contact us with your account email and order reference.
Starting the course and cancellation
You may start learning as soon as your payment is confirmed. Starting the course does not remove our promise of a full refund requested within 14 days of purchase. You do not have to waive cancellation rights to use this offer.
Our refund policy explains how to cancel or report a problem. You can contact support@firststepacademy.co.uk or write to our business address. Never send passwords or full card details.
If the course is faulty, cannot be accessed or does not match its description, we will investigate and explain the remedy available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
Keeping a copy
You can download these course terms and the refund policy before paying. After a new purchase is confirmed, the order page provides a downloadable copy of the terms recorded for that order. Link separately provides your payment receipt.

FirstStep Academy supplies your course and learning support. Purchases made through Managed Payments are sold through Link, Stripe’s payment service. Link is the merchant of record for the payment transaction; its payment terms are displayed at checkout. These course terms and our refund promise apply alongside those terms and your statutory rights.
